Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Wild Patch website. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs.

  • Quotations cover only the work agreed in writing. Any additional work requested will incur an additional cost.

 

2. Deposits and payments 

  • A deposit covering the full cost of materials is required upfront before any materials are ordered to confirm a booking. With the exception of larger projects, where material costs will be staggered, as stated in the quote. 

  • Labour costs are to be paid in  stages as stated in the quote. 

  • Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue.

3. Additional costs 

Every garden is unique and sometimes hidden issues (such as underground obstructions or tricky access) only become clear once work has started. We recommend allowing a contingency of around 10–15% above the quoted cost to cover these if they arise. We will always discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

4. Cancellations 

If a confirmed booking is cancelled  the deposit may be retained to cover materials already ordered.

5. Delays & rescheduling 

In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, work may need to be paused. We will always reschedule at the earliest convenient time for everyone.

6. Site access and responsibilities 

  • The client must ensure clear and safe access to the work area at all times.

  • The client is responsible for informing the company of any underground cables, pipes, services, or other obstructions prior to work commencing. The company accepts no liability for damage if this information is not provided.

7. Natural materials 

Please note that natural materials such as plants, timber, and stone may vary in colour, texture, and appearance from samples or descriptions.

8. Guarantees

  • We use high quality materials and carry out work to a high standard, but cannot guarantee against natural wear, weathering, or plant growth/establishment.

  • We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of the project, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to resolve concerns promptly and fairly, with the aim of reaching a resolution that works for everyone.
